Organized by the Republic of Türkiye Halal Accreditation Agency (HAK), the 1st International Halal Accreditation Congress aims to establish a scientific and sectoral platform for halal conformity assessment. The congress will bring together stakeholders from the public and private sectors, as well as the academic community, to address both theoretical and practical aspects of halal accreditation from a multidisciplinary perspective.

Under the theme “The Milestone of Trust in the Global Halal Quality Infrastructure: Halal Accreditation,” the congress will take place on 6–7 April 2026, featuring scientific and sectoral sessions, and will conclude with a social program on 8 April 2026.

It is aimed that the selected English full-text papers (those reviewed for plagiarism and approved through a double-blind peer review process) will be published as an internationally indexed publication upon the authors’ request after the congress. Other abstracts and full texts will be published in the electronic congress proceedings book.

The congress will be open to national and international audiences, reaching a wide audience through online broadcast.
