The Koran is the sacred text of Islam. For Muslims, the Koran, as it is read today, represents the message revealed fourteen centuries ago by God to Mohammed through an angelic channel strating from December 22nd 609 and destined to every human being on Earth.

    1. بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَنِ الرَّحِيمِ
    1|1|In nome di Allah, il Compassionevole, il Misericordioso
    2. الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ رَبِّ الْعَالَمِينَ
    1|2|La lode [appartiene] ad Allah, Signore dei mondi
    3. الرَّحْمَنِ الرَّحِيمِ
    1|3|il Compassionevole, il Misericordioso,
    4. مَالِكِ يَوْمِ الدِّينِ
    1|4|Re del Giorno del Giudizio.
    5. إِيَّاكَ نَعْبُدُ وَإِيَّاكَ نَسْتَعِينُ
    1|5|Te noi adoriamo e a Te chiediamo aiuto.
    6. اهْدِنَا الصِّرَاطَ الْمُسْتَقِيمَ
    1|6|Guidaci sulla retta via,
    7. صِرَاطَ الَّذِينَ أَنْعَمْتَ عَلَيْهِمْ غَيْرِ الْمَغْضُوبِ عَلَيْهِمْ وَلَا الضَّالِّينَ
    1|7|la via di coloro che hai colmato di grazia, non di coloro che [sono incorsi] nella [Tua] ira, né degli sviati.
